Getting the most from your experts
This is an appropriate expert setting. you may notice that even though the office is small and messy, we know immediately what kind of expert he is. The mess behind him should not be distracting, but in this case, it makes him look busy.
Like your clients, we want to see your expert in their natural habitat. Of course we are intelligent enough to listen to the CV and discern any expert's qualifications, but it's best to avoid the distraction. Before we hear this expert speak, we have no idea of his qualification or even his field. This is not a fatal mistake but it can distract your viewer during a crucial point of your presentation.
